Conductor Rail Supply & Laying
Steel or aluminium conductor rail in standard lengths, positioned to gauge on insulator assemblies per OEM and metro authority drawings.
Insulator Brackets
Fixing of porcelain or polymer insulators and bracket assemblies to sleepers or structural supports at required spacing and height.
End Ramps & Overlaps
Installation of end ramps at section ends and overlaps to allow smooth collector shoe transition between sections without arc damage.
Section Insulators
Installation of section insulators to electrically separate adjacent feeding sections for safe maintenance isolation.
Protective Covers
Fitting of side guards and top guards over the full length of live rail in passenger-accessible areas per metro authority safety requirements.
Flexible Rail Connectors
Installation of copper bonding straps at rail joints to ensure continuous electrical continuity across expansion joints.
Traction Return Bonding
Bonding of running rails at prescribed intervals to form the traction return circuit. Cross-bonding between running rails and to earth mat.
HV Testing & Commissioning
Insulation resistance testing, contact surface inspection, track geometry verification, and energisation sign-off coordinated with the traction power team.
